What I really love the most with the zanussi team is that they are very keen in providing us with not only products that are of high quality, but they are also very good in customer service. I always use the original zanussi spares to have my zanussi appliances’ spare parts replaced. I have 3 zanussi appliances at home. I have the zanussi dishwasher, the zanussi washing machine, and the zanussi electric cooker. The first time I have used a zanussi product is for my kitchen. The zanussi electric cooker is what I bought first. Therefore, I had first had it fixed. The problem is with the induction system and what I did was to just visit the zanussi service center to make sure that I will be purchasing the original zanussi spares. I really like how the zanussi staff treated me very nicely. Now wonder why the zanussi appliances are one of the best selling appliances internationally because not only do they have good quality products, but friendly people.
